Painfully slow

  • Why is it so painfully slow to export users? I have over 9000 users and it is exporting around 10-15 users per minute. At this rate it will take around 10 hours to export all users. And the site is on a high end server so there is no shortage of processing power.

    We kindly request that you provide us with your system status report (WooCommerce > Status > Get system report) via support so that we can try setting up a test site with your installed plugins and check the export speed.

    Additionally, we’d like to suggest increasing the export batch count in your plugin settings, trying exporting, and checking if the export speed has improved. By default, the export batch count is set to 30.

    Actually, I figured out why it was slow. I had the orders, total_spent and aov columns selected. I guess this was taking most of the processing time as it had to get all orders for each user and calculate totals etc.
    Later I unchecked these columns and it exported pretty fast.
