Paiement page return 0

    Hi,

    When I try to order a product and I click on “Order” (using the credit card), I get to the next page as usual (where I get another button to pay), but instead of that button I get the number “0” so the paiement is impossible.
    The order is “pending” in the backoffice

    Thank you for reaching out!

    I understand that currently, it is not possible to pay for an order on https://chaises-nicolle.com using a credit card.

    This is what I see at the checkout page:

    With WooCommerce by default, there’s no option to pay via credit card and this doesn’t look like one of our payment gateway extensions such as Stripe.

    Which payment gateway plugin is being used here? You might want to reach out to the support team of that plugin as it looks like this plugin is either misconfigured or it is conflicting with a different plugin on your site, or your theme.

    In the checkout page that you saw, the button is correctly working, the problem is in the next page when you want to order and before going to payment you can choose the type of debit/credit card to use.

    And instead of having those dedit/credit card I have a “0”. (there should be a form type POST).

    I understand that the problem might be from the payment gateway (WoocommerceAtos). But I wanted to make sure that the problem wasn’t going from woocommerce.
    The thing is that in the “production” site, there is the problem and in the “development” site I don’t have the problem (with same version of plugins, themes in the two sites).

    I will be contacting the support team from the payment gateway.

    This next page is not created by WooCommerce itself – it is created by the plugin you’re using, WooCommerceAtos.

    I understand that the problem might be from the payment gateway (WoocommerceAtos). But I wanted to make sure that the problem wasn’t going from woocommerce.
    The thing is that in the “production” site, there is the problem and in the “development” site I don’t have the problem (with same version of plugins, themes in the two sites).

    You can test whether this behaviour is coming from WooCommerce by disabling WoocommerceAtos plugin and checking whether one of the default WooCommerce payment methods work:
