• Hi,

I am a volunteer for a very small non-profit. I have just installed and am testing PaifMembersupPro. First, Yea!

I am trying to use the Sponsored Accounts plugin and while I think we can structure our accounts “levels” to basically suit our needs there is an issue that I am not seeing how to address.

We have “members” from about age 5 to 65. We call members who are under 13 “youth” members and everyone 13 or older is an “adult” member. We have Individual accounts and Family accounts. We DO NOT want youth members to have “active” login accounts. We do want them to have accounts for billing and contact info reasons though.

Family accounts could have any combination of Adult and youth “sub-accounts”. This is all good and I see how that works with the Sponsored Accounts plugin.

What I don’t see how to do is the following: For Family accounts we want to have “accounts” for all sub accounts with valid billing “levels for each account. However, if the total fee for all associated accounts is greater than $XYZ we want to charge the sub accounts ZERO and the top level account our “Family Max Rate” fee. Example: if we have a two parent and one child family and bill them all straight, the total monthly fee would be $50 for each Adult parent account and $25 for the first youth account = $125. We want to charge a Family Max rate of $80.

    Is this possible? How?
