• This (paid version) plugin worked until Dropbox updated their API but I don’t really know. The addon for encrypting downloads corrupts the file so it won’t play on quicktime. After many multiple emails to HQ Tips and Tricks they are not responding. (see below)

    I am revising my review.
    1. I was informed of my error in where I requested help and did not realize it takes 48 hours for a response from support. My prior experience of getting support resulted in immediate feedback so that is what I expected.
    2. It is not working yet but I they are on it and hope to resolve the issue soon. I am not saying it is the plugin, it could be but I have no idea.

    You are right, I did not ask a question through this forum. Or on the free support. I went into the contact us section. The first time I asked for help with an issue over a year ago I went in through the contact us section. I received prompt support right away.

    I only have one issue I can’t figure out which is why the files become corrupt when downloaded through DB. Can not figure out what I am doing wrong. My client was in panic mode as it was a critical time for them to be receiving lots of orders.

    Thanks for pointing this out. I will search here too in hopes someone else can shed some light.
