Paid version pre-purchase questions

I am looking to buy the paid version of ARMember. I have some pre-purchase questions.

1. The demo video for the membership plugin says certain features are available only when themes using WordPress navigation menu core hooks are used. Would you happen to have a list of recommended themes that work well with ARMember? 

2. I see ARMember integrates with ConstantContact, Mailchimp, AWeber, and other email service providers. What would be involved in integrating ARMember to work with  SendGrid? Can this integration be enabled using the Zapier addon? 

3. The website I have in mind would have three primary levels: Bronze (free), Silver, and Gold. The Silver and Gold levels would be offered in four durations, 6-months, 12-months, 24-months, and 36-months. In other words, nine (9) types of memberships would be offered: one Free, four Silver, and four Gold.  

I would appreciate your suggestions on configuring ARMember to achieve the above objective. Which specific add-ons would improve the website usability? To help with the design of the site, can you possibly share the URL of a site that uses ARMember in this manner??
