Paid version doesn't work

  • I installed the free version, then the paid version.

    Turns out that there’s no documentation, no content on their support forum, and the paid version does NOT have the 12 free templates it’s supposed to have. Their support is in India, so I have to wait 24 hours for a response.

    Further, they use require_once, which causes wordpress to crash if you have the free and paid versions installed, even if the free version is deactivated.

    Last but not least, there appears to be no way to actually use Impact when editing pages, and the Impact templates don’t show up in the page editor.

    I’ve asked for a refund.
