• I upgraded to the paid version so I could create an exit popup. It worked just fine for months, then I just happened to check my site, and it’s completely broken. All that shows up is a colored block across the whole screen – with no way to exit the ‘pop up’. I have no idea how long it’s been behaving like this. Very disappointing, especially since I have 4 free popups that are working just great.

    @kathryng09 – Sorry to hear that. Hope all is well.

    That said sounds like a strange case of some extra CSS interfering or a bad combination of settings (size/position etc).

    In general the Exit Intent feature doesn’t change anything about how popups render, so if the other popups were working ok it is more likely either the content in the popup, or something on the page that is interfering with it rendering properly some how.

    Hard to say, but the trigger alone makes no impact on visual appearances.
