The issue you reported at PayPal where it says
“Things do not appear to be working at the moment” are caused when either PayPal email is wrong or in your PayPal profile mandatory button encryption is ON which disables Standart buttons.
I’m more than happy to help, when I’m given a chance.
To disable the Encrypted Website Payments option:
Sign in to your PayPal account.
Click the Settings icon at the top right.
Click Account Settings.
Click Website Payments on the left.
Click Update next to Website Preferences.
Scroll down to the Encrypted Website Payments section.
Select Off.
This is not a support thread I know but I’m posting it here because the claim I disabled a purchased version is a completely false statement.
