• I bought the Creative licence for $145 just to discover that the promised deeplinking is not working with WordPress plugin. They promised to fix that within a week a month ago and since then I have never heard even back from them about the delay, despite my annoying weekly begging letters. I have my investors that I have to answer, no answer in a month after promises of fixed system makes me desperate. I will change the score as soon as they will break the silence and answer me with ANY timeframe. I have been paid customer for 3,5 months now and I haven’t been able to put the system in public use.

    They contacted me back 3 days ago and promised to fix the issue in 24h. Still nothing, but at least they are now answering me, so I know they are trying. Sad thing that I cannot edit the review anymore, because WordPress review system is broken. I cannot even edit my stars. It just says: Error: you dont have permission to edit this topic. I would put 3 stars until the issue is fixed, if this would be possible.

    Just a comment on this; This particular user wanted this plug in to work differently than how it is currently working.

    We tried to help the user in this particular case and was unable to do so due to browser restrictions in handling hashes in iframes. The user has subsequently been refunded.
