[paid] Theme creation

Howdy! As much as I’d enjoy making my own theme, I just don’t have the time to learn. I need a 2-column theme based loosely on my company’s website (12tomidnight.com). I’ll provide all art needed. The theme should be able to accommodate posts and pages, and the CSS should be highly remarked for later ease of tweaking by CSS newbies.
