Paid Tech Support Is Not Worth The Money

I have had this PRO plugin since 2014. In 2018 I paid $195 U.S. to upgrade support for LIFE. I am using it on a Golf website for Booking Tee Times.
There is a problem, which is happening at the height of golf season, which renders the plugin useless, so people are having to phone in their tee times.
I submitted a ticket 6 days ago with the subject of URGENT! I have followed up with a second email, a ticket on their support form, and on the WordPress forum. I have not heard from them, other than the automated emails that says they received my messages.
This is totally unacceptable for support that I’ve paid so much money for.
