    I would advise you to try and claim back the payment through your bank or card. The premium-side of the plugin appears to be abandoned, although of course the interface still encourage users to purchase premium support.

    I can’t believe it’s been over a month and I have not received an answer back from w3 Total Cache for a refund. I tried getting my money back through Paypal but can’t. All communications unanswered! Unethical business! Total fraud!
