    Otherwise, my question was:
    The plugin “Woo Popup” does not work with “YITH Booking and Appointment for WooCommerce Premium” plugin.
    When clicking on “Add to cart”, the popup is displayed, but no product actually adds to the cart (which remains 0 products). An idea of a solution?

    They have stopped answering mails and support.

    They do not refund my money and have cheated on me.

    @cmenard can you share your site link so that I can check it?

    @skayw we are facing some issues with the account and license, and have lots of tickets to handle. We are trying to fix all the bugs. For the refund, since I mentioned we have large amount of tickets so we need time to reply to the tickets. So opening multiple topics or posting someone else thread is not a good idea. Hope you understand it.

    @apprimit : It is not a good idea not to respond to emails and disable the customer support page where customers should apply for refund ??

    @cmenard Sorry for the delay. It looks like an incompatibility between these plugins. We will try to check it on our end. Have you also reached the plugin support for this? Since we have a large number of tickets these days so we don’t have an ETA to fix this issue.

    @skayw I understand you concern but I only handle technical issues not account. I can only pass your ticket to account team which I already did.

    @apprimit I can contact Yith’s support, but I’m not sure what to ask them. I tried to disable all their plugins, and to test on a classic woocommerce “single product”. It does not work either…
    So, I feel that Woo Popup just does not work! Ideally, I would like to give access to our back office so that your team looks at it.

    @apprimit So, how to resolve your plugin’s bugs ?

    We can’t make every plugin compatible with the theme but we try to fix all the conflict issues. In your case, we will see what we can to fix it.

    You can report bugs on our GitHub repository, and we will take a closer look at the issue.

    Make sure to detail what is going on, as well as to provide error logs, if any, the more detailed you are, the faster we will provide a fix.
