    Hello,

I see there is like 0 support for this plugin. Is there any way we can pay for support or do you simply have no time at all to maintain your plugin?

I mean there are like 40 open threads for the last 6 months, and you were able to solve only 10% of them. That is kinda not enough.

Well let me know if you offer any way of support. Even if I have to pay for it. You can reach me at [email redacted]

  • Looks like there is a paid version of the plugin –

Please use the developers site for any discussion of paying – as per:

Yea there is, but I’m not sure If I’m willing to pay for a plugin without a capable developer in their team. That is kinda obvious.

I mean even their own WHMCS Installation got bugs in it. I can’t even open a ticket. Tested in IE, FireFox Aurora, Chrome.

Basically thig plugin is useless. The user sync doesn’t really work. Plus it throws more and more notices/errors after updates. There is no developer around for support. Nor can you write a fucking support ticket on their own website. And I still didn’t get any respond to my mails which I’ve sent 4 weeks ago. That’s just sad.

    Way to go iPlugins.

I just customize the WHMCS templates till this indian developers might get back to me. Topic closed

That’s understandably frustrating – especially since this looks like a pretty specialized plugin, but there is no guarantee of support for free plugins. Many developers simply don’t have extra time or money to provide free support – they’re trying to earn a living just like everyone else :).

Perhaps you should look for another solution, or you could always hire someone to help you.
