Paid support doesn’t work

I purchased all of the paid plugins 4 days ago and have some questions, but the paid support link is wrong on the WP Event Manager website.
I tried also send some email, but I didn’t receive any answer until now.
Please let me know, how can I reach the paid support possibility?
