Paid Subscription – Core Addon Download Missing

    I have a paid subscription that renews each year for the Core Addon Bundle, but it’s not showing up in my dashboard and I cannot download anything. Last paid renewal was Order #263625. Can someone please help me with this? Need to get this resolved. Thank you.
