Paid subscription, but without registration on the site

Hello, I am facing a serious problem with the plugin. Some of my subscribers are complaining that despite paying for the subscription, they are unable to login to the site.

So, when checking the problem, I notice that the plugin did not create the user registration in wordpress, but only processed the payment for it. Payment takes place correctly at PayPal, however in the Paid Membership “Orders” there is no user information. What could be happening?

Besides, I notice that the plugin is generating automatic and random requests alone, without any request.
