Paid Subscriber: Unable to view/edit Contact Forms

When I go into the form to end its setup it dose not display. The right side of the screen is blank with only the “Save Form” button showing.

When I tried to create a new form same thing happens. I’m in need of updating my forms to make a change and unable to.

Any and all help welcomed.
