    Hi,

    when a costumer buys some product and he/she pays with paypal, jigoshop doesn’t get the information, that the order is already paid. So that the status of the order stays “open”.

    The problem is, that the customer doesn’t get the download link, as long as the order has the status “open”.

    If I cancel the order, the customer gets the money back and paypal gives the costumer the info, that the order was canceled and that he/she will get the money back.

    The direction jigoshop to Paypal works, not the direction paypal to jigoshop.

    I have disabled all plugins except jigoshop. –> same error

    Make sure your PayPal Notification URL is set to:

    https://yourwpsite.com/?paypalListener=paypal_standard_IPN

    It must reflect your WordPress directory, so the above is for root and the below is for subroot:

    https://yourwpsite.com/WordPressDirectory/?paypalListener=paypal_standard_IPN

    If you’re doing test orders in WordPress Maintenance Mode, PayPal won’t be able to communicate with your website. Solution is to turn off Maintenance Mode.

    You should be able to within your PayPal account.

    Hi,

    I asked for a customer of me. He gave the feedback, that this didn’t solve the problem. He called paypal, and the support of paypal meant, that it’s jigoshop which causes the problem.

    The Maintenance Mode was/is always off. And the sandbox is deactivated.

    What can it still be?
