[Paid Request] Cash Plugin based on Unique views

We are setting up our third Blog Based site for Friendster Layouts. We need someone to set up a wordpress plugin something like Imagefap.com where when users submit their friendster layouts, Users earn the money based on the number of unique visitors who view the submitted friendster layout code. There should be like a mini control panel that can track all the unique/non unique views to the submitted friendster laypouts get and have a option to turn on/off this feature above their posted section.

Maybe another option is to add a “send this page to a friend” where they can send their submitted page to their friends and increase their earning.
