    Hi, we purchased the paid version of the plugin but it just does NOT work on our website, we get errors. I sent 3 emails in 3 days, first asking for solving the issue and then for a refund. ZERO response.

    Such a pity, it could be a great product. I’d NOT recommend purchasing the paid version. We paid $149 for nothing.

    Sorry for the delay here. I’m trying to figure out why you haven’t heard back from us. Can you let me know which email you sent your support messages from? I can make sure we get your refund processed today.

    I’ll also be monitoring our our both our main inbox and our spam inbox over the next few days, so if you want to reply on the email thread that you already sent, I’ll make sure we get it and start the refund process ASAP.

    We used your website contact form and I found on this forum your Gmail address: [ email deleted, do not post email addresses again ]
    I think we sent five or more messages using these methods.
    I have just sent you 2 emails again using our Gmail address to make sure you receive our message in your Gmail account,

    We never received any confirmation from your website, even after purchasing the paid plugin.

    We bought your plugin on June 5th, 2023.

    It looks like your emails (including the most recent that you sent) were indeed getting flagged as spam by Gmail. Apologies for not seeing this sooner and I’ve initiated your refund, as requested.

    You should see the funds back in your account in the next couple of days, according to Stripe’s timeline.

    We bought your plugin on June 5th, 2023.

    Then @kkoppenhaver cannot and must not support you here. They risk getting into real trouble if they do. That’s not permitted for anyone.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.

    Thanks, @jdembowski, for the explanation and cleaning my post. I had nothing wrong in mind. Just wanted to communicate effectively with the developer, who posted this email on this forum before. I truly appreciate your help.
    To be honest, this forum is the ONLY way to get in touch with a developer, and I’m grateful for this opportunity. We got our refund (thanks @kkoppenhaver) and I wish this plugin would work, it has such great potential.
