Paid Premium Penscratch?

Hi Adam good evening, I would like to understand why the penscratch theme is not complete? The theme’s native comments are missing, the color of the category links is green and it would be better if it was black or gray, the topmost part of the header is missing only a few pixels available to insert a nice image. I am also willing to purchase the premium version if you have it, so the theme is not usable in its maximum performance. I am attaching the link of my site I am creating, don’t mind the texts and pictures, they are an ok test. How can I fix the problem thank you, I am not a technician, can you fix the theme with what is missing? Thank you

There’s no premium version – but there is a refreshed version, which can be found for download here: https://wordpress.com/theme/penscratch-2
Scroll to the bottom of the page and you should see this available here:

Once installed, I’d expect theses issues to resolve.
