    Since upgrading to the new payments processor, status of orders are returning incomplete and incorrect. this has caused manual checking of each transaction and wasted hours.

    So why tell us to update into chaos?
    submitted a support ticket through the widget with all the requested info and 4 days later still no one has even looked at it!

    Shocking.

    sorry for the late response, we are trying to respond to everybody as quick as we can, but it is not always possible to do that within 24 hours.

    As I also responded to your support ticket, we are aware of this issue and are working on the fix for the next release (1.5.1). Pending testing and release.
