Paid / Not Paid /Pending/ Cancelled

Since upgrading to the new payments processor, status of orders are returning incomplete and incorrect. this has caused manual checking of each transaction and wasted hours.
So why tell us to update into chaos?
submitted a support ticket through the widget with all the requested info and 4 days later still no one has even looked at it!Shocking.
