Paid Multi-Site repair, sub-blogs (directory) don't render images

Hi,

I have a wordpress website at https://www.boulos.net (boulos.net). I will be creating websites for numerous advisors. I need my wordpress multi-site install to be correct.

The problem presently is that when I upload pictures to sub-sites in the sub-directories I receive 404 error. The links do not render properly and I want to fix this issue before I start building some website. For obvious reasons.
