Paid Memberships Pro Glitch?

Hi:

Members should be sent to their Membership Account upon sign-in, but get an “Oops, that page cannot be found” when signing in. I believe it’s either a Paid Memberships Pro glitch or a Theme-My-Login glitch. The Login page only has the short code: [Theme-My-Login], and no code to modify. All of PMPro’s pages are the same way, displaying only the short code.

Probably a dumb question, but does anyone know where in WordPress I can view the code for these pages, so I can make sure my members are linked to the right pages?
