    Dear, have a great day.

We are selling Memberships through Woocommerce. But for it to work correctly with Stripe we will use Woocommerce Subscriptions.

Our only doubt is that when the user performs the Upgranding or downgrading of his Woocommerce subscription, this same choice does not reflect in the Paid Membership Pro registration. We were able to see this resolution because we received a test to preview Woocommerce Subscription.

The attached photo shows the situation we are talking about here, since there was an upgrade of the Woocommerce subscription, but the Paid Membership Pro registration remained the same.

How can we solve this problem ?

    Hi @matheusfrutuoso,

Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro.

Could you check and confirm that the order status in WooCommerce for the test member shows “completed”? If the order is set to pending, please note the change of membership would not be captured in PMPro. Please see where we assign membership in the PMPro WooCommerce code here.

    Yes, Mary.

We are using the mode in which online sales, after purchase, have their status changed to completed, with the pending option not being available.

    Looking forward to more information,

    Thanks

The first image represents the upgrade action with the purchase being made by Woocommerce and the upgrade as well. The second image shown is the user’s profile in Paid Membership Pro, and as we can see, this profile did not receive information about the purchase of the new membership, and therefore the upgrade was not carried out. I need help to make this part automated.

The WooCommerce > Membership relationship is linked to a product and not the subscription itself. If the user is upgrading the subscription without checking out it won’t change their level unless they purchase through checkout when changing their subscription.

Also please note that the pricing set on the level doesn’t have to relate to the WooCommerce subscription amount as WooCommerce handles the payments and recurring billing.
