Paid Membership Pro not Capturing Conversions

    I have a paid version of SliceWP and the free version of paid memberships pro. According to the SliceWP documentation, this should work once I’ve enabled the integration. However, I have tested purchasing via an affiliate link 3 different times and every time it shows the visits as not converting.

    My plans for paid membership pro do have a 7 day free trial.

    What else is required to capture signup conversions?

    Hey @harakiro,

    Thank you for reaching out! I believe you’re not seeing the commission because of the “Zero Amount Commissions” option being disabled. Please enable this option from SliceWP > Settings > General (tab) > Commissions Settings (section).

    Because you have a trial period, the first order in Paid Memberships Pro will be $0. Because the order’s value is zero, if you have a percentage set as the commission rate, the commission will also be zero. By default zero value commissions are not created. By enabling the “Zero Amount Commissions” option, these commissions will be created.
