Paid membership pro is working great on local server but not on live

  • Hi All,
    I used Paid memberships pro (free version) in 4 dating website. Its working fine on three domains. but having issues with 4rth domains(with payment gateways) even its working fine on local server but not on live server.

    Issue- I m using autherized.net(default) & paypal express checkout(addons)
    when i m trying to do transaction its giving me error message “unknown error: payment failed “

    When i set paypal website payment pro as default then error message is “SetExpressCheckout failed: (0)”

    i checked every credential approx 10 times and found everything is okay. please help me.

  • Hey there,

    Do you have similar setups on your other sites with multiple gateways? There are a number of issues which could be causing this so more information would help. Could you give us more details including what steps you’re taking exactly to recreate the error, what payment gateway you’re using, level and user details, etc?

    Additionally, if you want, we can go in and take a look at your site if you become a PMPro member and post on the member support forums.
