Paid Membership Pro fatal error messages in debug.log file

The problem is: “fatal error messages in debug.log file and site does not come up anymore.”
Attached is the error log that has been created with the below repeating error messages in it from the Paid Membership Pro plugin.

Thank you for reaching out to Paid Memberships Pro, I’m sorry to hear about this issue you are facing.I haven’t been able to replicate this issue with the latest version of Paid Memberships Pro (2.11.2).
The issue seems to be that there are more than one function with the same name, “pmpro_report_login_widget”.
Do you have any other plugins that integrate with Paid Memberships Pro or extend it’s functionality (This can include functionality from your theme)?
