    I am having multiple problems with this plugin, and as I’ve paid for it, I figure that you all should know what you’re in for.

    I’ve been waiting well over a day for answers to my questions on the paid customer support forum, and when you ask a question, they give you a quick canned answer… and then never respond if that doesn’t resolve the issue.

    I’ve been waiting to find out why one of their short codes doesn’t work for well over a day.

    I’ve had better support from the free plugins I’ve used.

    I have… and was asked to send an email to Attn: PC using the form on the site, which I did, and have yet to receive a response.

    and in the email I sent, I put all of the support threads that I asked questions for on your site… I’d respond within them, but they’ve all been marked as resolved over the holiday weekend, even though none of them took care of my issue.

    I can’t seem to find any recent messages regarding this. I really hate to trouble you but could I possibly ask for you to try sending that through again with the following instructions?

    – In the Message, enter “From: tmonsta” along with a link to this thread.

    With that, I’ll be able to easily find the email if it somehow gets filtered incorrectly.
