paid for the plug in and can't any answers on their support forum

I am having multiple problems with this plugin, and as I’ve paid for it, I figure that you all should know what you’re in for.
I’ve been waiting well over a day for answers to my questions on the paid customer support forum, and when you ask a question, they give you a quick canned answer… and then never respond if that doesn’t resolve the issue.
I’ve been waiting to find out why one of their short codes doesn’t work for well over a day.
I’ve had better support from the free plugins I’ve used.
