Paid for Service and Waiting on Response

  • Hello,

    We paid for the $200 Linux Server Optimization & Plugin Configuration package and submitted an email through the website on April 1st but we haven’t received a response. We paid via paypal. I know this may not be the right forum to bring this up. If it isn’t, can someone please forward me to someone that can help or issue a refund if the team is unavailable.

    I know this may not be the right forum to bring this up.

    No idea where you made that purchase but you are correct this is not the place to post this. Please take it up with whoever you made that purchase from or discuss it with Paypal.
