Paid for pro version, does not work. No support offered

Paid for the pro version. Was working well at first, but had to uninstall it for various reasons. Decided to activate it again after a couple of months, but plugin does not work as intended anymore. Videos give blank screen. Contacted support in order to get it solved, but support was slow and took days to answer. I finally gave up and uninstalled the plugin. Support was unacceptable for a paid product.
