Paid for pro version but installed version is not?

    Hi, I purchased WooCommerce Weight Based Shipping w/12 months support on 24/12/2015. I installed and tested it with rules for regional-based shipping zones, international shipping, etc. It seemed to work exactly as I needed. Today I received an order and the shipping rule applied was inappropriate — offering local regional shipping when the destination was across the country. I went in to the rules to troubleshoot and it will no longer accept states — only countries. I get the message “States/counties targeting is available in the Pro version. Try out a live demo.” But I *did* purchase the pro version.

    When I add items to the cart and type in a zip code that’s not local, I now get ALL of the shipping options for ALL of the zones. I’m at a loss on how to proceed. The store is at https://yotzeretpublishing.com/shop. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi,

    There was an issue with plugin updates leading to an incorrect version installed. To fix this uninstall the version you have currently installed and install the one downloaded from your Envato account.

    Will that delete all the rules? Or is there a way to back them up and import them into the reinstalled version? (That was hours of work to create…)

    No, that won’t delete rules. They are preserved on uninstall.
