Paid for pro plugin, facing some issues with output formatting

Hi All,

we purchased the pro plugin for this. Below is our basic setup, looking to see how we can fix the issues we face.

1) Users on this website login and create articles in the theme

2) They upload a .docx file using the mammoth docx to web converter

3) They finish their editing and publish document

4) They have to attach a PDF which was created from the source docx originally used, any modifications done within the wordpress/editor have to then be re-applied to the source file to generate a new pdf

I installed/configured the plugin hoping it would auto-generate the downloadable pdf from the article. That way and modifications done to the existing webpage/article are automatically available via the downloadable pdf

Issues —

Seems to ignore all images, not sure why, ignores some basic styles and words as well.

You can use the download pdf link on the right side, and compare it to the other downloadable pdf option ( directly attached to article on submission, outputted from source docx to pdf format )
