Paid for Priority Support – But No Response after 10 days

Hi All,
I paid $99 for priority support and raise 2 tickets, this was 10 days ago and as yet, I’ve had no helpful response.
I had one email asking for login details (which I provided in the first ticket 4651) and a response to ticket 4652 stating that it has something to do the sub-domain, but someone is looking into it and would come back to me.This was 4 days ago and yet again, I have received no helpful information.
Can someone please help resolve and answer these tickets 4651 & 4651.

PS to other who may be reading this I can not currently recommend the priority support they offer (the product itself seems good barring the issues I am experiencing).
