• I paid for this in order to get help.. after 2 messages (sending information already available on their website) they gave up replying

    The plugin doesnot work on my site.. It will not scan. – Support did not offer any help other than telling me to check jQuery.

    I will try one more time and modify this review if they help.

    Not impressed!

  • Are you running Litespeed ?? Rather then Apache or Nginx?

    Yeah, they get seriously annoyed if you ask them questions. The owner guy Mark, tried to pull the plug on my “premium” support because he said I asked too many questions and was going to offer me a refund. Talk about product ego. They need to post they give max 1 answer per person so that you don’t expect real support.
