Paid for premium but support is non-existent

I’ve had several tickets open in the premium support area for over 2 months now with absolutely no responses at all. So disappointed because it seemed like such a great plugin. It’s an insult after paying $59 for the pro version. Now I have to rebuild my entire website using a different plugin. ??
