    I paid via Paypal, got a confirmation from Paypal that the transaction was successful – but I got simply nothing from their site. No confirmation, no bill, no license for the paid software and no answers from their support. I wrote a ticket and contacted the support online. No reaction…

    Second impression:
    After 2 days my ticket was found (finally) and solved, the addon is running now and it works as expected!

    Hi, indeed we are just recovered from a DDOS attack and now everything is back to normal and your account has been activated. During the attack some of the Paypal IPN may have been blocked, that’s why your pro account hasn’t been activated.

    Your ticket support has been replied too.

    Maybe your consider updating the review considering this?
