Paid for it but never recieved my download

  • I paid for this item and never received it even though I have a pay pal receipt I have not been able to get hold of support, so I lost $20. I advise other new buyers to be cautious of purchases from Web-Dorado.

    No sorry not prepared to take another chance on you, you should be emailing me a licence key and a plugin. Not tell me to spend more money in hopes that you would refund me, if you can’t event supply the 1st sale or offer any support or assistance except for pay more money!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am actually insulted.

    Had this been a support topic for the “pro” version then I’d have closed it with a note. But this plugin has upsell component on it’s page here. That makes reviews about that experience perfectly valid.

    I’ll leave this open for now but if it gets more unpleasant then I will close (not remove) this review.
