Paid for it but did NOT receive the download link till now

  • I liked Yoast free. and based on my friends comments, I bought the paid version and spent over 100 USD.

    I can see my invoice in my account page but can not see the download links at the same site. The only response from the support I received was if I checked with another browser or not.

    Still no other serious answers from the support.

    We are sorry you’re experiencing problems with your download links. We’ve reset your account in the My Yoast portal. Can you please log in to your My Yoast account and check if your subscriptions show up under My Yoast > Downloads?
