    I am connected via the email [email protected]. I first paid for an annual Basic subscription, then when I was told to connect my site via WordPress, I was forced to create a free account on the same email. Now my account shows that I have two subscriptions on the same email, and though my Basic payment went through, my account is behaving as though I only have the free account. There seems to be no easy way to resolve this. I’m this close to canceling everything and using a different tool — this is so frustrating and I fucking hate all the upsells. Even though I’ve already paid for the Basic plan, it’s not treating me at all like I matter as a customer.

    Oh yeah, and automatically installing other plugins (SeedProd) without my consent is absolutely not cool. I don’t know why you’re allowed to do that.

    So far my experience with Optinmonster is really bad. I hope you can change my mind.

    Since you have an active paid subscription with us, could you please login and submit a support ticket through the your OptinMonster account dashboard when you have a chance??

    Because it wasn’t acting like I had a paid subscription, the command to open a ticket led me here, so I did not have the option you mentioned. It seems like someone else may have taken care of the multiple accounts now — I have to check that out.
