Paid Customisation

I have tried to log this and another request through your website via the support page but it does not get saved in my ticket list so I am having to make the request here.
Please can you quote to add a custom feature. I want an option in the General setting to be able to specify if the Filter section on the ticket list is Shown/Hidden by default and also when the agent/customer hides or shows the filter section it is remembered between page changes as currently it is not which is really annoying.
