I wonder why your tech support cannot login to a paying client’s site to troubleshoot a problem when everyone else does. It will be extremely difficult for you to troubleshoot only by email.
I need urgent help on private message for a certain profile type not sending in buddyboss on account activation. I can send a private message to a user with a certain profile type using a different trigger. I can send notification to a user with a certain profile type on account activation.
All I got is “that’s strange” answer. Please help.
