  • Hi Kalinga911,

I just tested this with multiple accounts, tried forcing my way in using an account that’s not enrolled with the course by copying the URL, I could not gain access.

Have you setup your security correctly (login / register) or are you using plugins to control which members are allowed and which are not – like buddypress.

The results of mine where – when trying to copy the url:

Student not registered on site -> gets pointed to register account
Student that is registered on site, but not enrolled for course -> gets the tutorlms warning saying you are not registered, view this course.

Good luck, I’m sure support will be able to help you sort out the problem.

    Thank you quick replay,

    This is what i did,

i add product as a virtual and select tutor check box to.( i followed up tutor lms documentation)

then assign that product to one of my website course.

Let one of my student to buy that course after that he click start on that course then click lesson on that course. afterward he copy that lesson url of that page and send it to one of his friend

His friend sign in to my website as a student then he copy paste that url to his browser, he got access to all the content of that course. if he go to home page and try to access that course it shows price he can’t access that course. but if some one brought that course and send that url he can access all content of that course.

    I am using:-
    tutor lms pro
    Edumax theme
    woocommerce

This is really urgent matter so i am waiting for your reply.

    Thank you for your time.

    Hi Kalinga911,

I have tried duplicating your problem, it works correctly on my side. I have tried copying the url from a free course, as well as paid course (as after your message I started to worry also)

Everything works from my side, if student is not registered on site, and gains url -> reverts to register / login page.
if students sign on and then use the url -> you are not registered for this course, view this course.

Have you checked your woocommerce settings? try disabling (if its enabled) guest checkout. / check under tutorlms -> settings -> woocommerce disable add to cart feature for guests.
also try changing the woocommerce from virtual product to physical product, see if that makes a difference.

if none of this works, disable your plugins, and test, could be plugin interference.
