    lets say someone pays by cash we still want to set them up with an account there needs to be a way to manually sign them up

    an option would be to give them a coupon if they paid by cash that allows them to sign up themself but this is not an ideal option

    Hi @jeffreywilkins,

    Thank you for getting in touch and using Paid Memberships Pro.

    You are able to manually setup a user for any membership account by editing their WordPress user account inside the dashboard.

    Inside your dashboard go to users > edit users and you will be able to add/change the users membership level manually.

    thats fine however it does not collect billing information which is what we require

    also it will not keep track of when a membership is set to expire which is also important

    Thanks for the feedback.

    You will need to manually set the expiration if you are adding the user in the backend.

    Which payment gateway are you using currently for checkout?
