    The quality of the plugin releases seems to continue to degrade. With 7.8.2 order are stuck on pending altough they are paid in Mollie. We have made changes other than updating the plugins. We will stay with 7.8.0 as this seems to be the last reliable release for now. I really hope mollie finds a way to test their releases better before releasing them. This is the most central comonent to every ecommerce store.

    We switched on logging but downgraded to 7.8.0, so you will probably have to wait for other reports. Your support mentioned that the webhook_url is empty, but we have kept everything the same on our end. The webhook_url is obviously essential, but I presume that this can only be set via the API and is not plugin-related. Best, Elmar

    Thank you for the details. The webhook URL is generated when the buyer clicks the “Place order” button, and it should not be empty. If it is, the payment would normally fail. Another plugin could be interfering with the webhook URL generation, causing this issue. Conflict Testing might help isolate the root cause, as it should work fine when only Mollie and WooCommerce are active. Please run a conflict test, that is deactivate other plugins, except for the WooCommerce and the Mollie plugin, and see if the issue persist. If it does, please provide the system report and log files to assist with further troubleshooting.

    Femi, debugged and the return url is there. The order manipulation still does not work. How can we share the Logs securely with you?

    It seems like you added new source IPs to your server list.

    34.147.124.17

    Those were not in the old list and have been blocked by Cloudflare. Can we get a notification if you add / alter the source server IP′s?

    Regarding the IPs, which IPs are used to send the webhooks is up to Mollie and not something the plugin controls. The plugin isn’t even aware of the possible IP ranges. You can reach out to the Mollie support directly regarding this. https://help.mollie.com/

    correct but super important as the plugin/mollie will fail due to this. Mollie did not communicate the change.

    Long story short: the two new IPs were getting auto-blocked by Cloudflare. I added them to the whitelist and it works. Just as an info for you in case you get more requests like this.

    Hi Femi, I have experienced the same issues with the mollie update. Before it worked fine…
    So I will try and whitelist the mentioned IP addresses by Malcare app now. Hopefully it works and this issue will be fixed…
    Current Woocommerce version: Version 9.3.3, current “Mollie payments for woocommerce” plugin: version 7.8.2. PHP version 8.2.
