Paid add-on cannot be activated

    Purchase two add-ons – multi-class and import-export.
    Initially try to add license at general settings but no luck.
    Then try to play with key management and no luck neither. But raise one ticket while i am logging in.
    Now i could not even login wpschoolpress account, and could not reset password as email could not send out.

    My payment ID is 11915806. Please help to resolve this issue. Thanks.

  • I’ also purchased the “Add-ons pack that will have all WPSchoolPress add-ons together” but “Online Fee Payment Addons :” does not have a key provided in the purchased keys that came. Additionally, I have inserted all the keys but there is no activation. Please help.
