Paid activation and upward promotion of expired ADS

    Guys. Your plugin is great, but I come back to the issue of updating expired listings. Please add the “Activate and update an expired ad” function to the “Promote” section.

    All advertising sites have this function, and rightly so!

    The function should work like this: After the ad expires, the user should be able to activate his ad, but a fee should be charged since the current period has expired and after activation the ad should go up!

    You have features like BumUP promotion and Renew feature among member users. But these are completely different functions. BumpUP raises your ad to the top every day, thereby promoting it. Renewing simply reactivates the expired ad, but does not move it up the list. There must be a paid feature, as I described above, and then your plugin will be complete! I read on this forum that I was not the only one who asked you about this feature.

    Why don’t you implement it!

    I hope you understand what I mean….

    Hi,
    I got your points. We have ‘Renew’ system but right now it works on following way –

    1. Based on settings, user able to renew without any charge after ad expired.
    2. If admin want to charge then right now it’s possible only using membership package.

    We have plan to implement it also for promotion, so that able to charge without membership option. Although, it will be in pro plan.

    Hello, great news, it would be great if you could implement this option in Proprietity!

    And be sure to make sure that once an expired listing is activated, it goes up!

    For now, the “refresh” function simply activates the ad without changing the date; It would be correct if the date is updated to the day of activation and the ad rises to the top once!
