    Los pagos que realizan a mi pagina web quedan en estado pendiente, no pasan a estado completado aunque ya haya recibido el dinero.

  • Hello,

    The payments made to my website remain in pending status, they do not go to completed status even if the money has already been received.

    By default, order status should change to Processing after successful payment. You can read more about order statuses here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/managing-orders/

    Do all paid orders get stuck in pending status? Or does the issue occur when a particular payment gateway is used?

    Please also share a copy of your site’s System Status. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
