Paging Should Reset When Viewing a New Media Category

Hi there!

The issue (MLO 1.3.5): Navigating to a Media Category after paging a previous list can make it look like the media category is empty, when it’s not – and with no option to page back.

To reproduce:
1) Visit your Media Library in List View
2) Advance to Page 2 (or later)
3) Click on a Media Category at left that doesn’t have more than 20 Media items.

You will find yourself at upload.php?mode=list&mlo-category=test-files&paged=2
It will say “No media files found”, and there will be no options to undo the paging.
